Qualifications

• Experience auditing timekeeping data including leaves and night differentials
• Prepare payroll data, deductions, and final pay for separated employees
• Process government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), loans, and year-end BIR Form 2316 annualizations
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve pay issues promptly

Responsibilities

• Audit complex timekeeping data including leaves, night differentials and holiday premiums
• Prepare accurate payroll data, deductions, and final pay for separated employees
• Process mandatory government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), loans, and year-end BIR Form 2316 annualizations
• Handling employee payroll inquiries and resolving any pay issues promptly
