• 1–2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor standards and statutory contributions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
• Experience handling high-volume payroll transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare payroll for employees deployed to various client accounts.
• Compute salaries, overtime pay, holiday pay, rest day pay, night differential, incentives, and other applicable earnings.
• Review and validate attendance records, timekeeping reports, and payroll adjustments.
• Coordinate with Account Coordinators and clients regarding attendance discrepancies and payroll concerns.
• Ensure accurate and timely release of payroll.
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to salary and payroll computation.
• Perform other payroll-related duties as assigned by management.
