Filta is seeking a UK Payroll Specialist for a remote, full-time role serving UK payroll clients from the Philippines. You will report to a UK-based manager and collaborate with a cross-functional team of payroll and accounting professionals.

You will drive accurate end-to-end payroll processing, handle statutory payments, and maintain strong client relations while ensuring data privacy and compliance with pension legislation.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as UK Payroll Specialist or Analyst.
• Solid knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax codes, and manual calculations.
• Excellent communication and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end payroll processing to meet deadlines.
• Handle statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, ShPL, SAP).
• Manage BACS payment timelines for salary distributions.
• Build client relationships via phone and digital channels.
• Coordinate with HMRC and pension providers on queries.
• Ensure GDPR-aligned data documentation.
