Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll software programs.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees, including salary, overtime, bonuses, and other types of compensation.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and taxes.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations.
• Keep all payroll information confidential and secure.
