Responsibilities include collecting attendance data, calculating payroll, preparing bank files, payslips, and reconciliation schedules, and coordinating payroll inquiries with employees and HR while maintaining confidential

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in accounting/finance/HR or related field.
• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll, withholding tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll or HR systems.
• Able to meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

• Knowledge of Philippine payroll, withholding tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
