Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is hiring a Payroll Manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll for the OCSI function. Based in Ortigas, Pasig, the role features hybrid/dayshift work and requires strong expertise in payroll processes, SAP, and Excel.

You will manage a payroll team, handle statutory compliance, and drive payroll-related projects while partnering with HR and accounting stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have payroll experience in a BPO setup.
• Knowledgeable about payroll rules and statutory requirements.
• Experience working with payroll tools and HRIS.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Flexible, willing to work shifts as per business needs.
• Has experience handling a payroll team.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll function for OCSI.
• Handle payroll processing and reporting.
• Oversee payroll accounting in PACE/SAP.
• Perform payroll analytics and ensure statutory compliance (payroll / C&B).
• Facilitate tax filing and annualization processes.
• Prepare income tax returns and related filings.
• Review payroll thoroughly, including manual calculations when needed.
• Lead the payroll team and drive related projects and initiatives.
