Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Payroll Operations Specialist in Taguig to manage end-to-end payroll for in-house and outsourced teams, ensuring accurate deductions and timely pays.

You will lead a payroll team, coach colleagues, and collaborate with stakeholders, with SAP experience and strong Excel skills in a hybrid setup.

This role requires 5+ years of payroll experience and 3+ years in leadership, with eligibility to work in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team.
• SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution.
• Strong payroll compliance knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Team Lead spending 90% on supervisory activities and 10% on processing inhouse payroll.
• Escalation point and backup to the Associate Manager and other team leads.
• Together with other leads, identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback to direct reports.
• End-to-end accountability for processes and transactions.
• Oversee payroll distributions, audits, and reports.
