Job summary

Bravissimo Resourcing Inc. in Taguig is seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for a growing organization on-site. The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine payroll rules and collaboration with Finance and HR to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will lead payroll activities, audit computations, maintain records, and drive process improvements while coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing with salary computation, tax processing, and benefits administration.
• At least 3 years in payroll leadership or supervision.
• Experience using SAP for payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations: BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
• Experience with payroll controls, audits, compliance, and timelines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review payroll computations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and Philippine regulations.
• Lead and support payroll operations with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve concerns.
• Perform payroll audits and implement controls.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, and other departments for payroll processing.
• Prepare payroll reports and contribute to process improvements.
