Confidential in Cebu is hiring a Back Office Senior Team Lead to oversee payroll and onboarding operations in a hybrid setup. The role requires guiding a high-volume US payroll process, coaching the team, and ensuring KPI achievement while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

You should have 2+ years in team leadership, a bachelor's in Management/Accountancy/Finance, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Team Lead or supervisory role.
• At least 2 years handling high-volume US payroll.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and scorecards.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and a strong sense of urgency.
• Proactive, collaborative, and hands-on.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day payroll and onboarding operations.
• Ensure payroll processing is accurate, timely, and compliant with policies and deadlines.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve KPIs.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Conduct regular audits and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Lead team huddles and engagement initiatives while fostering accountability.
