Job summary

Gratitude Philippines seeks an Accounts Payable Lead for a 100% onsite role in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City. Lead AP operations in a dynamic retail/BPO setting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the function.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years in AP, 2–3 years of people management, strong VMD expertise, and prior BPO/Shared Services exposure, including offshore teams, to drive customer-focused results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment.
• Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders.
• Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives is preferred
