Job summary

Atturra Limited is seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Officer to join our Finance team on a permanent full‑time basis. This hybrid role will be based at our Makati office, supporting payroll processing for our staff across Australia and New Zealand, with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with HR and Finance, handle payroll queries, and assist with month‑end reconciliations and audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ payroll experience.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy required.
• Knowledge of ANZ payroll legislation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurate Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and adjustments.
• Compliance and Record Keeping: Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies e.g., PAYG, superannuation, Payroll Tax, etc.
• Employee Support: Handle payroll queries and provide exceptional support to staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
• Documentation, Reporting, and Audits: Maintain employee records in collaboration with People & Culture and Finance. Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support month-end and year-end payroll reconciliations and assist with audits.
