Job summary

Atturra is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join the Finance team on a permanent full-time basis. The role is based at our vendor’s Makati office with 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home weekly, supporting ANZ payroll processing.

You will manage payroll for employees, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with HR and Finance on reporting and audits. A degree in Accounting/Finance and 1.5 years payroll experience are preferred, with strong Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years’ payroll experience, preferably ANZ payroll.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and reporting in AU/NZ.
• Experience with payroll systems (NetSuite OpenAir, Micropay) and Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with PAYG, superannuation, Payroll Tax, etc.
• Handle payroll queries and provide staff support.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to streamline processes.
• Maintain employee records and assist with audits and month-end/year-end reconciliations.
