Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processes, validation, and data uploads, ensuring compliance with Australian laws and contracts. You will handle leave reviews, onboarding/offboarding, and respond to payroll queries while collaborating with the Payroll Lead.

The role requires experience in Australian payroll environments, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Onsite work in Metro Manila with competitive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience, preferably in an Australian payroll environment.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Modern Awards, and employment conditions.
• Experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable supporting a high-volume payroll environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
