Job summary

ConnectOS in Metro Manila is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join onsite and support Australian payroll requirements. You will handle payroll processing, validate data, and help ensure compliance with legislation, awards, and contracts. You will also assist with onboarding/offboarding and maintain payroll records.

You will collaborate with the Payroll Lead, respond to queries via Zendesk, and contribute to reporting, data analysis, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing, preferably in an Australian payroll environment.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Modern Awards, and employment conditions.
• Experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Payroll processing experience, preferably in an Australian payroll environment.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Modern Awards, and employment conditions.
• Experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• ADP PayGlobal experience advantageous.
• Comfortable supporting a high-volume payroll environment
• Comfortable with repetitive and deadline-driven payroll processing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, take accountability, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
