Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years' experience in payroll management or payroll operations in the Philippines.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labour laws, tax regulations, and government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Proficiency in payroll software systems and Microsoft Excel with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent mathematical and computational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

About the role

The Payroll Manager is primarily responsible for supervising the accurate monitoring and implementation of employees’ payroll and submission of mandatory benefit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, and entering of data. Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions,
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
• Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.

What we're looking for
