Rentokil Initial Philippines is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll activities, regulatory reporting and data accuracy. The role emphasizes compliance, documentation and timely submissions to regional offices. The candidate should have 3+ years in payroll/benefits and strong MS Excel skills, with willingness to work at Brgy.

Formación

• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably BS Accountancy/ Psychology and/or BS Math.
• With at least 3 years of meaningful experience in Payroll and Compensation and Benefits.
• With excellent communications skills both written and oral type.
• Proficient in MS Offices applications especially in MS Excel.
• Willing to work in Brgy. Kalawaan, Pasig City.

Responsabilidades

• Executes payroll activities; ensures effective function, coordination of employee compensation activities and compliance with requirements.
• Prepares payroll related documents for payment requests and statutory records for audit references.
• Prepares all payroll and manpower related reports for submission to Regional office.
• Resolves discrepancies of payroll information to ensure accuracy.
• Compiles data for analysis and monitoring of program components.
• Verifies payroll information to ensure accurate distribution of funds.
• Maintains payroll records and audit trails for compliance.
• Leads in the preparation and submission of yearly Alphalist for BIR.
