Job summary

Select VoiceCom in Cebu IT Park seeks a payroll & accounting professional to oversee salary, benefits, and Final Pay processes. You will maintain payroll records, ensure statutory remittances, and support procurement and asset controls in a fast-paced BPO environment.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of payroll/accounting experience in the Philippines, strong Excel skills, and is willing to work on-site. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of payroll processing and accounting experience in a Philippine setting.
• Knowledgeable about statutory remittances.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
• Experience in accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong GL accounting and reconciliation background.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Mathematical and analytical skills.
• Communication and vendor relationship skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Willing to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee salary and employee benefits processing and keep payroll files updated.
• Provide accurate and timely calculation of Final Pay and related journal entries.
• Ensure on-time statutory remittance of loans and premiums.
• Maintain complete Final Pay files and supporting documents.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage supplier quotations and relationships.
• Monitor assets and inventory; assist in asset tagging and disposals.
• Support policy development to improve payroll controls and compliance.
