Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting in a Philippine setting.
• Knowledgeable about statutory remittances.
• Strong GL accounting and reconciliation background.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Willing to work on-site and start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing employee salary and benefits and preparing journal entries.
• Ensuring timely remittance for loans and premiums and reconciling accounts.
• Releasing Final Pay and managing Final Pay files.
• Preparing Purchase Orders and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
• Maintaining asset counts and monitoring inventories and disposals.
