Job summary

Konnect Remote Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced payroll and bookkeeping officer to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our Cebu-based team and support bookkeeping for affiliated companies. This is an in-office role with real growth as the company scales.

You will handle time logs, deductions, and statutory filings, maintain accurate payroll records, and liaise with our external accountant. A background in Philippine payroll with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG is essential, with

• Two to three years of experience in Philippine payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG requirements.
• Solid skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including time log tracking, basic pay, overtime, night differential, holiday pay and thirteenth month pay.
• Managing statutory contributions and filings with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG.
• Maintaining accurate employee payroll records.
• Supporting basic bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking and reconciliations.
• Liaising with the company's external accountant as needed.
• Other related HR duties.

About the role

Konnect Remote Solutions Inc is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented payroll and bookkeeping officer to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for our growing team, plus support bookkeeping for our affiliated companies. • Managing statutory contributions and filings with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG


• Maintaining accurate employee payroll records


• Supporting basic bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking and reconciliations

About you
