Job summary

AGRI EXIM GLOBAL INC. is seeking an HR Assistant – Payroll to support the HR & Admin Department in accurate payroll processing and manpower agency billing. You will verify DTRs, headcount submissions, and route documents for review, approval, and signature.

The role requires a BSBA-related degree and 1–2 years of payroll/billing experience, with SAP and Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BSBA-FM, BSBA-HRDM, BSIT, or related business course.
• 1–2 years of payroll, billing, or HR admin experience.
• Proficiency in payroll and billing processing.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and processing of payroll and billing for manpower agencies.
• Review and verify DTRs, supporting documents, and headcount submitted for billing.
• Coordinate with Department Heads for review, signature, and approval of billing documents.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing documents prior to processing.
• Perform SAP encoding and processing (PR and SES entries).
