Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist (SAP System) to manage payroll operations within our SAP environment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of compensation.

You will work with HR and Finance to maintain compliant payroll processes and reliable data. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 1–3 years of payroll experience, with strong Excel skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years' payroll administration experience.
• Advanced SAP system proficiency.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy.
• Confidentiality and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly/bi-weekly/weekly payroll using SAP, with accurate wages, deductions, and benefits.
• Verify payroll data and reconcile timekeeping with SAP.
• Generate payroll reports, wage statements, and tax documents.
• Maintain employee records in SAP, including personal data and benefits enrollment.
• Assist payroll inquiries from employees and management.
• Audit payroll system and document payroll transactions.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations.
