Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is required.
At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance in the Philippines.
Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and government-mandated benefits.
Proficient in HRIS systems and manual payroll processing.
Responsibilities
Process payroll (including overtime, holiday pay, deductions) using HRIS and manual methods.
Handle final pay and employee clearance for resignations/terminations.
Ensure compliance with government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR filings).
Administer employee benefits (HMO, insurance, etc.) and respond to inquiries.
Analyze payroll data and create reports/dashboards using Excel.
Improve payroll systems, policies, and HRIS efficiency.
Maintain records and support audits, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant.
