Qualifications

• College graduate major in Psychology or Business-related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accuracy of employee payroll timekeeping and continuity in improving the process prior to salary calculation.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee data and processes salary-related information.
