Role Overview
We are looking for a Payroll Associate with strong analytical skills to support benefit plan administration and payroll processing. The role involves managing employee data, ensuring accuracy in monthly payroll/provider updates, and delivering timely, professional service to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and provider data using Excel formulas
- Manage new joiner information and benefit enrolment updates
- Respond to daily mailbox inquiries and system-based requests
- Validate and reconcile data between vendors, insurers, and clients
- Ensure deadlines, service levels, and compliance requirements are met
- Support policy renewals, scheme enrolments, and invoice validation
- Communicate effectively with clients and members via email and phone
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree with strong numerical and analytical ability
- Minimum 1 year experience in payroll, data analysis, or benefits administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong client service orientation and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Self-starter with accountability, collaboration, and problem-solving mindset
