Job summary

AS White Global Philippines is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain employee records, and coordinate with HR to deliver a seamless employee experience.

The role requires at least 2 years of payroll experience with an Australian employer, strong English communication, and proficiency in Excel. Work setup is hybrid in Manila (BGC, Taguig): 3 days onsite and 2 days work-from-home weekly.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare payroll records for new employees and process payroll change forms.
• Calculate and prepare new employee pay information.
• Coordinate with the HR team regarding employee movements and updates.
• Provide administrative support to the Payroll team.
• Assist with payroll-related documentation and data management activities.

Key Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in a similar role supporting an Australian-based employer.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of accounting software and payroll/accounting systems, with a positive and professional team-oriented attitude.

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6:00AM – 3:00PM Philippine Time following a hybrid setup, with 3 days onsite and 2 days work-from-home per week.
