Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an HR Analyst I, Payroll to perform standard payroll administration with minimal supervision. You will handle payroll transactions, validations, reconciliations, and reporting while collaborating with HR Operations, Finance and external providers to ensure timely payroll delivery.

The role requires 2–4 years of payroll experience, familiarity with Oracle HCM or ADP, and a strong focus on accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Commerce or related field.
• 2-4 years of payroll Ops, Shared Services or related HR/Finance experience.
• Experience with payroll systems such as Oracle HCM or ADP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions including hires, transfers, salary changes, deductions, and bonuses.
• Validate payroll calculations and reports to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare pre- and post-payroll activities and support off-cycle payments.
• Research and resolve standard payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll master data with data integrity and confidentiality.
• Produce payroll reports and dashboards for management.
• Coordinate with HR Ops, Finance and benefits for timely payroll processing.
• Assist with payroll audits and respond to audit requests.
• Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with Xerox policies and SLAs.
