Job summary

Sun Life Financial Philippines is seeking a Payment Services Manager to oversee the Account Services - Payment Services Team, including Collection, Billing, and Policy Adjustment, ensuring timely premium billings and payments to keep policies in force.

You will collaborate with Finance and bank partners and work with sales channels to deliver quality payment service and drive enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience with billing and collections processes.
• Experience in staff hiring and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Monitors team performance and ensures goals and SLAs are met.
• Participates in continuous improvement and UAT for system enhancements.
• Collaborates with Payment Ecosystem Product Owner on digital strategy.
• Leads hiring, coaching and performance evaluations of the team.
• Appraises and approves adjustments of payment-related transactions within limits.
• Reviews complex billing, collection and policy adjustments and resolves issues.
