Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Customer Experience Manager to lead accounts management and customer care, directing billing, collections, and loan documentation to optimize cash flow and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with project teams, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely loan take-outs, CTS/DOAS completion, and SLA adherence while mentoring a team for strong CSAT performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years in billing, collections, documentation, and after-sales support.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role with 3 direct reports.
• Experience in real estate and bank coordination is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily billing and collection operations and monitor aging.
• Ensure CTS/DOAS documentation and loan take-outs are complete.
• Coordinate unit turnover readiness with project team.
• Supervise Accounts Management and Customer Care to meet CSAT targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Treasury, and Management on collection strategies.
