Job summary

GoTyme PH is seeking an Operations Associate to own day-to-day payment operations, ensuring accurate reconciliations, timely settlements, and swift issue resolution. You will monitor tickets, manage incidents, and collaborate with partners to uphold service levels and regulatory compliance.

The role involves cross-functional work with Business, IT, Finance, and Compliance teams, maintaining SOPs, go-lives support, and continuous improvements to reimbursement processes, with emphasis on accuracy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in payment operations, fintech, or banking.
• Knowledge of payment flows, settlements, and exceptions (e.g., InstaPay/PESONet).
• Experience with Jira, Zendesk, reconciliation tools, and core banking/ledger systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate daily reconciliations of assigned products and payment rails; investigate and clear breaks within SLA.
• Execute end-of-day settlement, funding, and exception handling; prepare and file settlement and variance reports.
