Job summary

GoTyme is seeking an Operations Associate to own day-to-day payment operations, ensuring accurate reconciliations, timely settlements, and rapid issue resolution. You will monitor tickets, manage incidents with stakeholders, and work closely with partners to meet SLAs.

Role requires familiarity with payment flows and regulatory controls, plus detail orientation and strong communication. Expect to support ongoing projects and process improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• A related Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in payment operations, fintech, banking, settlements, or similar roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of payment flows, exceptions, and local rails (e.g., InstaPay/PESONet) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate daily reconciliations of assigned products and payment rails; investigate and clear breaks within SLA.
• Execute end-of-day settlement, funding, and exception handling; prepare settlement and variance reports.
• Monitor, triage, and process all tickets/concerns with defined SLAs; diagnose, resolve, and update stakeholders.
• Track partner performance against SLAs and KPIs; escalate and document remediation as needed.
• Support audits, compliance testing, and risk assessments with complete evidence.
• Collaborate with Business/Product, Customer Support, IT, Finance, and Fraud teams to resolve issues.
