Job summary

GoTyme PH (Philippines) is seeking an associate to own the Bills Payment, Buy Load, and Loyalty strategies, operating at the intersection of product, commercial, and data. You will ensure executional rigor and drive plans across multiple teams for high-frequency consumer touchpoints.

The role involves leading partner onboarding with biller aggregators, coordinating cross-functional launches, translating metrics into customer communications, and maintaining compliance documentation for the bills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2–4 years in strategy, product, or commercial roles in fintech, banking, or consumer tech.
• Comfortable operating between data and execution—pull and interpret metrics, then translate into a launch plan.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across tech, ops, and business teams.
• Clear, structured communicator—written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Bills Payment: own the biller catalog roadmap, onboarding end-to-end with partners.
• Biller aggregators: serve as primary commercial contact; lead check-ins and escalations.
• Go-live: drive cross-functional launches (Tech, Payment Ops, Finance, CS, Marketing, QA, Risk).
• Translate usage data into CLM, in-app nudges, and community channels.
• Own RCSA and compliance documentation for the bills vertical.
• Buy Load: own VAS commercial performance and Go Rewards integration strategy.
• Develop and iterate CLM campaigns to drive repeat purchases.
• Loyalty: own Go Rewards proposition for Shop use cases.
• Identify and manage external partnerships to strengthen loyalty.
• Coordinate partnership governance—commercial agreements, promo mechanics, regulatory review.
