Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a skilled payments operations professional to manage and optimize payment flows across GCash, Maya, banks, and e-wallets. You will monitor success rates, settlements, and risk controls while coordinating with multiple teams to resolve issues and improve performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with local payment ecosystems, channel management, and data analysis for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Payment Operations, FinTech, E-wallets, iGaming Payments, or Internet Payments.
• Hands-on experience with GCash, Maya/PayMaya, Coins.ph, or Payment Gateways.
• Experience in Payment Operations, Settlement, Reconciliation, or Merchant Operations.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine payment ecosystem.
• Experience in payment reconciliation, settlement, exception handling, channel management, and data analysis.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good understanding of payment success rates, user experience, fund security, and settlement efficiency.
• Background in FinTech, iGaming, E-commerce, or Online Platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across GCash, Maya, bank transfers, e-wallets, and payment channels
• Monitor payment success rates, settlements, withdrawals, refunds, chargebacks, and abnormal transactions
• Coordinate with GCash, Maya, banks, and payment service providers to resolve payment exceptions and settlement issues
• Establish and optimize recharge, withdrawal, reconciliation, settlement, and risk-control processes
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Finance, Risk, and Technical teams to resolve payment-related issues
• Analyze payment data including success rates, failure reasons, transaction volume, exception rates, and channel costs
• Support new payment channel integration, testing, launch, and ongoing maintenance
• Work with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure payment processes meet company and local requirements
