Job summary

Behtar Technology seeks an experienced Payments Operations professional to own gateway routing, monitor success rates, and manage gateway-level disputes. You will optimize routing to balance cost and performance, monitor daily SR across gateways and instruments, and lead evidence-based dispute submissions.

The role requires handling MDR negotiations, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring timely responses within gateway timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in payments operations, fintech ops, or gateway-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with payment gateway dashboards and dispute portals.
• Strong analytical instinct to slice SR data by gateway, instrument, time window, and platform.

Responsibilities

• Own routing logic across payment gateways and decide transaction handling by type, instrument, and ticket size.
• Continuously test routing configurations to optimize success rate and gateway cost.
• Monitor success rates daily across gateways, instruments, and platforms; identify outages or degradations.
• Manage disputes end-to-end within gateway portals and build evidence packages for submissions.
• Maintain a live SR dashboard with thresholds and alert protocols for anomalies.
• Own and update the Chargeback Policy SOP and train teams on policy responsibilities.
