Job summary

Maya seeks an Operations Lead/Junior Operations Manager to supervise back-office tasks for dispute resolution and chargebacks across issuing and acquiring. You will represent the team in product/service requirements and drive improvements in toil-heavy processes.

Candidate should have 4+ years in card/chargeback operations, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting. This is an on-site role based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Business Course.
• 4+ years experience in card/chargeback operations.
• Knowledge of Visa, MC, JCB, Amex chargeback rules.
• Excellent written and oral communication; presentation skills.

Operations Lead/Junior Operations Manager will oversee and ensure supporting back-office tasks specifically for Dispute resolution and Chargebacks across all schemes both for Issuing and Acquiring Business. Must be able to represent the team in various operational requirement gatherings for new product and services and must find ways to further enhance existing processes especially those Toil processes.

• Overseeing daily operations of Dispute Resolution & Chargeback
• Ensures 95% ontime in Service Level Agreement
• Ensures 100% operational readiness for upcoming products/service
• Staff/People Development
• Cost reduction thru process enhancements/automation
• High Audit findings should be remediated

What we are looking for:

• Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
• With card operations or chargeback operations experience at least 4 years
• Knowledgeable in credit card chargeback rules across all schemes (Visa, MC, JCB, Amex)
• Has excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Able to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
