Job summary

Paysend is seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure our platforms run reliably and customers can move money without interruption. You will own the health of the transaction ecosystem end to end, investigating transactions and guiding incident resolution across B2C and Enterprise product lines.

You will work with real-time payment data using Oracle SQL, Postman, OpenSearch, and Grafana to trace transactions, diagnose root causes, and keep payment services performing at peak.

Qualifications

• Basic SQL knowledge is essential (Oracle SQL preferred).
• Hands-on with Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
• Experience with OpenSearch is a plus.
• Linux, networking, or cloud administration experience.
• Familiarity with API documentation (Postman) for integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and independent issue resolution.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction flow with Oracle SQL, Postman, and OpenSearch.
• Maintain business-critical payment services.
• Interact with partners about transaction flows.
• Investigate flagged transactions and document root causes.
• Respond to incidents promptly and produce detailed reports.
• Coordinate releases and verify system health after deployments.
• Support SAR reconciliation issues and data mismatches.
