Job summary

Neon is seeking a Senior Payment Operations Manager to own the dispute and chargeback workflow across markets, supervise fraud investigations, and drive payment performance. The role collaborates with Risk, Product, and Customer Success to maintain high standards and reliable processor relationships.

You will lead operational initiatives, design runbooks, and push automation to scale as Neon grows globally in the gaming payments space.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in payments operations, fraud ops, or fintech risk.
• Experience owning PSP or partner relationships and influencing product, engineering, and Customer Success without formal authority.
• Strong analytical capability: works across dashboards and data tools, builds structured reports.
• Business-level English proficiency required, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own dispute intake, evidence compilation, and resolution across all active payment processors and markets.
• Oversee fraud investigations and transaction reviews in partnership with Risk, Fraud & Compliance Product Leader.
• Own tracking of payment performance metrics, declines, and fraud losses; define dashboards and alerts.
• Serve as senior operational point of contact for payment-related CS requests and publisher performance analysis.
• Manage day-to-day PSP and partner relationships, including performance reviews and escalations.
