Job summary

Magic Payment Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily cash-in/cash-out activities and oversee a skilled team at our Manila on-site facility.

The role requires collaboration with upstream providers, robust monitoring of settlements, and ensuring strict adherence to SOPs. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in payment operations or fintech, bilingual Chinese/English communication, and a proven track record in process improvements and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; Fil-Chi heritage and Philippines work eligibility.
• 3–5 years of experience in payment operations, fintech, banking, e-wallets, or payment gateways.
• 1–2 years of team management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, settlement workflows, and transaction monitoring.
• Experience coordinating with banks, e-wallet providers, or other financial service providers is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with dashboards and reporting tools is a plus.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash-in and cash-out operations to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Monitor payment channel availability, success rates, delays, failed, and pending transactions.
• Coordinate with upstream payment providers to investigate and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor channel balances, funding requirements, settlement status, and transaction limits.
• Ensure SOPs and internal guidelines are followed by the team.
• Manage, supervise, and evaluate the operations team and assign daily tasks.
