Job summary

Razer is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Razer Merchant Services in the Philippines. The role focuses on driving merchant acquisition, growing revenue, and building strategic partnerships across industries and channels.

You will work with internal teams to tailor payment solutions, manage API integrations, and negotiate deals that maximize value while ensuring a strong merchant onboarding experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5–8 years in business development or sales, preferably payments/FinTech.
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets in the Philippine market.
• Solid understanding of Philippine payments landscape (card acquiring, e-wallets, QR, BSP rules).
• Experience with payment gateway APIs and checkout solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in English and Filipino.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and merchant relationships.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth for Razer Merchant Services in the Philippines.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants, banks, e-wallets, and channel partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and merchant targets.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key verticals.
• Understand merchant needs and collaborate with product/engineering to deliver tailored payments solutions.
• Lead negotiations and structure deals with pricing and terms.
• Track sales performance metrics and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Represent Razer at industry events to strengthen brand and network.
