Reliasourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist merchants with payment solutions, integrations, and technical issues. You will diagnose problems, guide clients through API-driven setups, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Collaborating with product and engineering teams, you will stay current with payment trends, document clear solutions, and help optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer support, payment processing, client onboarding, or related operational roles within the payments or fintech industry.
Understanding of API documentation and integration processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to merchants, addressing enquiries related to payment solutions, integrations, and technical issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, offering timely and effective solutions.
Assist clients in the seamless integration of payment solutions, including card processing, APMs, and Open Banking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
Demonstrate an understanding of API documentation.
Work closely with clients to guide them through the integration process.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing technical support.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment solutions.
Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and workflows for improved efficiency.
