Job summary

Payreto is seeking an Account Executive for Level 1 Technical Support in Metro Manila. You will respond to inquiries from international clients via phone, email, or chat, handle basic issues, and perform user administration tasks while documenting interactions.

You will also assist with report generation, system configurations, and e-commerce platform setups, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver timely, high‑quality client support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 1–2 years experience as a Client/Technical Support agent in a BPO/same industry serving international clients.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in G Suite/MS Office Suite.
• Above-average attention to detail, logical, numerical, and verbal reasoning, and adherence to rules.
• Process-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support to international clients and their customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist with user administration tasks (add/remove users, password resets).
• Input and process data, and generate reports based on configurations.
• Help clients set up e-commerce platforms and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Coordinate requests with internal teams and external partners for complex issues.
