Job summary

Pine Labs, based in the Philippines, seeks an Integration Engineer to lead technical delivery for merchants adopting wired ECR, cloud-based, and QR/APP integrations. You will guide onboarding, Go-Live readiness, and BAU support, coordinating with the India team and local banks for optimal payment experiences.

The role requires 3–6 years in technical integration or SRE, strong API and Linux skills, and ability to travel within the Philippines for market visits and on-site support.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in technical support, integration engineering, or site reliability role.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# with REST/HTTP API experience.
• Strong Linux/Unix command line skills and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration with merchants using wired ECR, cloud, or app-to-app approaches.
• Conduct API walkthroughs and technical sessions with merchant teams.
• Guide UAT, go-live readiness, and credential/configuration setups.
• Troubleshoot live transactions and monitor integration health.
• Coordinate with Product, QA, Ops, and SRE for smooth delivery.
• Visit merchant sites for deployment, onboarding, and feedback collection.
• Create and maintain merchant-facing technical guides for the Philippines market.
