Job summary

Payoneer in Manila is seeking an Onboarding Associate for the GTM organization. You will support our SMB customers through the onboarding journey, identify revenue opportunities, and shape the onboarding approach in the territory.

You will use CRM tools to drive KYC approvals, engage customers with negotiations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help onboard sellers from marketplaces like Amazon, Shopee, and eBay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 5+ years of B2B SMB sales/service experience is a huge advantage.
• Fluency in English; another Asian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support new SMB customers on their onboarding journey using CRM tools.
• Drive KYC approvals and provide multi-channel support (phone/email/whatsapp).
• Engage customers with negotiation to draft win-win deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard sellers from marketplaces.
• Analyze customer trends and help scale onboarding initiatives.
