Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payment operations across channels, ensuring secure and efficient processing.
• Monitor and optimize payment performance, including transaction success rates and refunds.
• Build and maintain relationships with payment partners (e-wallets, banks, gateways).
• Investigate incidents, settlement issues, and channel disruptions; implement improvements.
