Job summary

Coins.ph, a leading crypto fintech in the Philippines, is seeking a Payments Operations professional to process and monitor daily PESONet/InstaPay transactions, validate records, and support settlements. You will coordinate with banks and partners, maintain documentation, and support feature testing to improve customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in fintech/payments, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in payments operations, banking operations, fintech, or transaction processing roles.
• Exposure to PESONet and InstaPay payment rails is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Operations, or similar).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Excel, and operational dashboards.
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily transactions, including PESONet and InstaPay transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Monitor dashboards and alerts to flag unusual activity or system issues; escalate as needed.
• Support reconciliation activities by validating transaction records against partner and bank reports.
• Assist with exception handling and basic settlement tasks; coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate with banks, e-wallets, and payment partners on routine operational concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily operational activities, incidents, and resolutions.
• Support testing and validation for new payment features, partners, or process changes.
• Follow internal controls, compliance requirements, and SOPs related to fiat money movement and customer transactions.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assist with smaller-scale projects under Payments Operations.
