Job summary

Coins is seeking an experienced Payments Operations Specialist in the Philippines to oversee day-to-day fiat wallet workflows and settlement tasks. You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with banks, e-wallets, and internal teams, and help ensure accuracy and compliance in transactions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in payments operations, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills in English and Filipino.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in payments operations, settlement, or fintech workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Payments Operations team, ensuring smooth cash-in/out, bills payment, and fiat wallet services.
• Supervise and support team members through regular one-on-one reviews and performance checks.
• Monitor daily transaction flows, dashboards, and alerts to identify issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and partners.
