Job summary

Analyte Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our remote workforce. The ideal candidate is a certified medical assistant with empathy and a positive attitude, ready to assist clients and build brand advocacy from home.

Requirements include a college degree, strong communication, bilingual English skills, and at least 2 years in a contact center. We offer weekly pay, training, and a home-office setup.

• Experience supporting subscription based products or services.
• Proactively identifies and escalates issues to support the patient experience and brand.
