Job summary

Viventis Search Asia seeks a Head of Patient Safety and Quality Management (AVP level) for a premier hospital near Ortigas/Mandaluyong in the Philippines. This executive will drive enterprise policies, dashboards, and improvement initiatives across patient safety, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field is required.
Master’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration or related discipline.
Current professional license preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

Lead hospital-wide quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Develop and govern enterprise policies, dashboards, and programs.
Ensure readiness for regulatory inspections, licensure, accreditation, and audits.
Collaborate with executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable improvements.
