Qualifications

• 3–5 years PV experience with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of PV regulations and GxP.
• Experience engaging with health authorities and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Philippines PSPV strategy aligned with global standards.
• Serve as Local QPPV and primary contact for health authorities and PV matters.
• Ensure compliance with local PV regulations and company policies.
• Establish and maintain an effective local PV system for patient safety.
• Drive PV culture and awareness across the organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local PSPV team.
• Oversee adverse event reporting, PV submissions, and risk management.
• Manage PV budgets, agreements, trainings, audits, and inspections.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support innovation in pharmacovigilance.
