Job summary

Makati Medical Center in Makati City seeks a Sr. Patient Safety Officer to collaborate with hospital departments to identify, collect, analyze, and present safety data under the supervision of the Patient Safety Unit Manager.

Your duties include collation, corrective action implementation, and validation of safety information, plus administrative duties and monitoring performance indicators for Clinical Emergency Preparedness and Sentinel Event committees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a healthcare institution, preferably with experience in Quality Management

Responsibilities

• Identify, collect, analyze, and present safety data under supervision.
• Collate, implement corrective actions, and validate safety information.
• Perform administrative duties and monitor performance indicators for hospital committees.
• Coordinate with Clinical Emergency Preparedness and Sentinel Event committees.
