Job summary

MedSpecialized, Inc. is seeking a Patient Portal Specialist to support clients in implementing and maximizing the IMSCare Patient Portal. The role involves training clients, configuring portal features and webforms, and providing ongoing product support to improve the client and user experience.

The position is onsite in Cebu City, with a schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and includes a comprehensive benefits package and relocation support for new hires.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing and communication skills are required.
• Experience with IMSCare and Patient Portal solutions is highly preferred.
• Ability to train clients and explain product features clearly.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the Patient Portal based on client requirements.
• Customize webforms and Quick Note features to meet workflows.
• Train clients and provide ongoing product support for IMSCare.
• Create and manage cases to document issues and requests for product improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and drive timely resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process enhancements.
